About Us

Since 2007, RS Properties has been providing residential and commercial rental properties in Longview, TX and the surrounding areas. Our story began simply wanting to have investment property for retirement. Not long after building two duplexes, we purchased a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ranch style home as our daughter's college home. To keep her in good company, we converted the ranch house to a 4 bedroom home with each bedroom having its own bath. In a matter of a few years, we have grown to thirteen residential properties and three commercial units. 

RS Properties also manages investment properties and assists buyers in exterior and interior design. Our greatest asset is seeing the beauty and potential in a property. Whether it is an old structure or parcel of land, our designs improve the neighborhood's landscape.
